6. Shipping and Delivery
Customers who choose express delivery (without signature) give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address.
Drlucas.com.au will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.
Certain factors such as order size, weight and shipping address may require us to ship via another method. Drlucas.com.au reserves the right to change your shipping method in these cases and will provide tracking details for the new carrier once shipped.
The delivery time provided by Drlucas.com.au are estimates only. Drlucas.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items or ordered, part deliveries may be made where the stock is not available.
Customers purchasing from our international collection will have these items delivered separately to any Australian goods. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under our shipping pages. The special instruction box on the delivery page of the checkout is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. “last house at end of driveway”, “office hours 9-5”). Drivers are unable to provide specific requests such as “deliver between 1-2pm” or “leave parcel in garden shed”.
Drlucas.com.au cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed.
Orders placed on the Website usual take up to 5 working days (depending on transport choice) to be delivered with Australia and 10 working days (depending on transport option) to be delivered overseas from our factory in Acacia Ridge, Queensland. You agree that Drlucas.com.au is not responsible for any deliveries that take longer than these indicted timeframes.
At the end of the ordering process, you are invited to click on the ‘pay’ button, which will confirm your order. Once your order has been submitted to Drlucas.com.au you will receive, by return email, an order summary. The date is registered by the Drlucas.com.au Website in respect of an order will be conclusive proof of the whole of the transactions conducted between Drlucas.com.au and its customers.
In the event of a dispute between Drlucas.com.au and its customer about an order made on the Drlucas.com.au Website, the data registered by Drlucas.com.au will be conclusive proof of the transaction.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact [email protected]. When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with the estimated time of delivery.
7. International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur a custom or import duty charge.
Drlucas.com.au does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances.
For further information please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of the order.
Orders cannot be returned to sender and Drlucas.com.au will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Drlucas.com.au will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
Drlucas.com.au cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practise and as an established business, we will not do this.
8. Termination or Suspension of the Website
Drlucas.com.au reserves the right from time to time, to modify, restrict, suspend or terminate access to, temporarily or permanently, the Website or any part with or without notice.
You agree that Drlucas.com.au will not be liable to you or any third party for such any modification, restriction, suspension or termination.
9. Refunds and Returns
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, Drlucas.com.au will, subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions, refund and or exchange the purchase within 30 days of the date of your receipt of the delivery.
All claims on purchases must be made within 7 days of the date of your receipt of the delivery. All returns must only be purchases made on the Drlucas.com.au Website with proof of origin of purchase to be sent with returned goods.
Drlucas.com.au will not be held responsible nor will refund or exchange any goods purchased on other Websites (Third Party Websites). Exchanges on incorrectly ordered goods will incur additional freighting costs. In order to return your purchase, please follow the simple procedure below.

10. Change of Address
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
In the event that an incorrect address is entered, address changes can only be made until the order begins processing.
Drlucas.com.au cannot accommodate all address change requests. Drlucas.com.au takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
11. Pricing
Drlucas.com.au reserves the right to, at any time, without prior notice, change the price of items listed on the Drlucas.com.au Website.
Drlucas.com.au is not responsible and has no control over pricing on Third Party Websites. Please refer to our terms regarding Third Party Websites.
12. Order Cancellations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Drlucas.com.au can accommodate order cancellations.
However, if items have been shipped, Drlucas.com.au reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of package from our delivery service.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Drlucas.com.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
Drlucas.com.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Drlucas.com.au shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card/ PayPal account in the amount of the charge.
15. PayPal Express Checkout
Customers choosing to checkout with PayPal Express will automatically have their order shipped express shipping (no signature required) unless bulky.
The order will be shipped to the address selected in your PayPal account. Once the order has been shipped Drlucas.com.au cannot alter your delivery address or shipping method.
If a customer would like a more secure delivery process (signature on delivery and tracking) please select the appropriate box provided in the checkout process.
16. Restricted Supply
Drlucas.com.au reserves the right to supply a maximum of 1-kilogram net weight to its customers, which is classed as for ‘personal use’ only.
Your use of this Website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If you are found to be repeatedly purchasing one kilogram amounts within any three-month period, Drlucas.com.au reserves the right to suspend or terminate that customers access to the Drlucas.com.au Website.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed with the law of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
DrLucas Pty Ltd failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
18. Severability
If any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, those terms shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
